Dr. Michaela - Chiropractor Dedicated to Pain Relief, Mobility, and Whole Body Wellness

Dr. Michaela enjoys working with families of all ages, helping both kids and adults feel and function at their best. She believes care should be approachable and collaborative, taking the time to listen, understand your concerns, and explain what’s going on in a way that makes sense.

Her approach focuses on the whole person, not just the symptoms. Each treatment plan is tailored to fit your lifestyle and goals, using a combination of hands-on care, soft tissue work, and simple, practical exercises that can be carried into everyday life.

From supporting kids as they grow and develop to helping parents manage the physical demands of daily life, Dr. Michaela aims to make care something that feels supportive, effective, and easy to stick with. Her goal is to help you and your family stay comfortable, confident, and able to keep up with what matters most.

The why behind Dr. Michaela

Dr. Michaela Berriault is a former athlete with a passion for health and helping others achieve their physical goals. Originally from Georgian Bay, she earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2021. Following graduation, she worked as an exercise therapist at a primary care office, gaining hands-on experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Driven to deepen her expertise, she moved to Upstate New York to attend Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College), where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2025.

Committed to mastering her craft, Dr. Berriault was actively involved in technique clubs, putting in extra hours to refine her adjusting skills and expand her repertoire of techniques. In addition to manual and instrument assisted adjustments, she integrates various soft tissue therapies into her care, including cupping, Graston, pin and stretch, and both manual and instrument-assisted myofascial release.

Outside of work, Dr. Berriault enjoys any outdoor activity including boating and hiking with her golden retriever, Bandit as well as staying active at the gym and training for Hyrox races. Dr. Berriault is excited to help her patients achieve their best health and live their fullest lives.
