Dr. Malika - Chiropractor Dedicated to Pain Relief, Mobility, and Whole Body Wellness

Dr. Malika is a passionate and patient-focused chiropractor who believes in the power of movement as medicine. She is committed to helping people of all ages and activity levels—whether you're an athlete, weekend warrior, busy professional, or simply looking to move more comfortably—reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel your best every day.

Her evidence-informed treatment approach combines:

  • Hands-on myofascial release therapy

  • Chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilizations

  • Customized rehabilitation exercise plans

  • Medical acupuncture

She provides comprehensive care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—from jaw (TMJ) dysfunction, neck pain, headaches, and back pain, to shoulder, hip, knee, and foot/ankle issues. Dr. Malika has a special interest in treating neck-related pain and headaches, as well as managing osteoarthritis, particularly knee and hip osteoarthritis.

Dr. Malika works with individuals from all walks of life—including office workers, teachers, tradespeople, athletes, and performing artists—helping them manage chronic pain, recover from injuries, and meet the demands of their daily activities or professions. Her treatment plans are always personalized, patient-centered, and goal-oriented.

With a background as a competitive dancer, Dr. Malika brings a deep understanding of body mechanics, flexibility, and movement performance to her practice. She has a unique ability to support dancers and active individuals in injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term physical wellness.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Malika is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, kayaking, and camping. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is a member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
