Dr. Knibbe’s comprehensive treatments may include a combination of traditional chiropractic adjustments, low-force adjustments using chiropractic drop table techniques, instrument-assisted adjustments, and hands-on muscle and fascial release techniques. By incorporating a variety of methods, she ensures a holistic, effective approach to restoring balance and promoting long-term health.

Journey to Chiropractic Care.

Dr. Knibbe was born and raised in Newmarket, Ontario, where she explored a wide range of interests before focusing on the field of human movement and nutrition, and discovering her passion for health and wellness. Dr. Knibbe earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Guelph, where she built a strong foundation in human physiology, exercise science, and nutrition.

Her passion for helping others led her to Life University in Atlanta, GA, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following her education, Dr. Knibbe gained valuable experience practicing near Boston, MA, before returning to Newmarket and ultimately settling in Innisfil. Now, she’s proud to serve her community by providing expert chiropractic care that supports health, healing, and overall wellness.

  • Trained in Activator Basic Scan Protocol

  • Z - Health Solutions R-Phase Certification
